How we handle what you send.
Names, flights, and addresses stay with us, for the vehicle or the VIP greet.
Ground Concierge LLC ("Ground Concierge," "we," "us")
This notice applies when you use the site, send a request, or book. It is a notice, not a contract.
We collect what we need to reserve a chauffeured car or an airport greeting. We share it with the people who need it for that trip. We do not sell your personal information.

1. Who we are and what this notice covers
1.1 Ground Concierge LLC provides chauffeured black car service and VIP greets. We provide the vehicle and the greet staff wherever we provide service. We do not offer house staff, yacht staff, or event staff.
1.2 This notice covers personal information we collect when you visit https://groundconcierge.com (once that domain serves this site), use the contact form, email us, call us, message us, or book through LimoAnywhere.
1.3 For the EU and UK GDPR, Ground Concierge LLC is the controller of the information described here. A provider that performs the trip controls the information it receives to perform that trip. The provider's own notice applies to that processing.
1.4 This notice does not cover airlines, airports, WhatsApp, LimoAnywhere's own privacy terms, or a provider's cameras.
1.5 Read this notice with the Terms of Service. This notice does not create contract rights, except where the law says it does.
2. A short summary
- What we collect: name, email, phone, passenger names, flight details, pickup and drop-off addresses, and the message you send.
- Why: to reserve the car or the greeting, take payment, and reply to you.
- Who sees it: the provider performing that trip, LimoAnywhere for the card and the reservation, the vendors that host the site or deliver the form email, and others only if the law requires it.
- Sale: we do not sell it.
- Cards: entered in LimoAnywhere. We do not store the full card number.
- Calls: not recorded today. If we record later, the call starts with a notice.
- Analytics: no analytics script loads today.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you or your booker give us
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Identity and contact | Name, email, phone, company or family-office name |
| Trip details | Passenger names, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, airline, flight number, private-aviation tail number and FBO if you give them, bag count, vehicle class |
| Requests | A name on a sign, bag help, a child seat, an access need, or another request you choose to send |
| Travel documents | Passport or identity details only if a booked service cannot be performed without them. We do not ask for these on the website. |
| Payment | Cardholder name and card details, entered through a secure LimoAnywhere link and stored by LimoAnywhere and its payment processor, not on our systems. We keep the fact of the charge, the amount, and the last four digits if LimoAnywhere gives them to us. |
| Booker details | Name and contact details of an assistant or advisor booking for someone else |
| Messages | Emails, contact-form submissions, texts, and WhatsApp messages if you ask to use WhatsApp |
3.2 Information collected automatically
If you visit the site, the host may log an IP address, browser type, and the page requested, as part of running the site. We do not use that log for advertising.
3.3 Information from providers and others
A provider may send us trip status, wait time, and a damage or lost-item report. If a provider vehicle has a camera, that camera belongs to the provider. We do not record conversations in the car. We receive a recording only if the provider sends it for an incident, a damage claim, or a dispute.
Flight-tracking services provide status for a flight number you give us. Some private flights cannot be tracked.
LimoAnywhere and its payment processor send us payment confirmations and fraud-risk signals.
3.4 Location
We do not track your phone. We have the addresses you send, and we may receive the vehicle's location from the provider during the trip. If you share a live location in a messaging app, you control that in the app.
3.5 Sensitive information
We collect health, access, or child-seat details only if you send them so we can reserve the trip. We do not use them to infer characteristics about you.
4. How we use your information
We use it to:
- Answer a request and reserve a car or a greeting.
- Send the confirmation, the pickup details, and a reply to your question.
- Take the Booking Total and any allowed later charge through LimoAnywhere.
- Remember a preference you ask us to keep.
- Prevent fraud and keep a record if there is a dispute.
- Meet a legal or tax duty.
- Send marketing only if you have agreed, where the law requires agreement.
We do not make a decision that has a legal effect on you by automated processing alone.
5. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If those laws apply, we rely on:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Reserving the trip, writing to you about it, sharing details with the provider, taking payment | Contract, or steps you ask for before a contract |
| A booker reserving for a passenger | Legitimate interests in completing the trip the booker requested |
| Security, fraud prevention, and keeping the site up | Legitimate interests |
| Tax and accounting records | Legal obligation |
| Marketing, where consent is required | Consent, which you can withdraw |
| An emergency | Vital interests |
The public site is aimed at bookings in the United States.
6. How we share information
6.1 The provider for that trip. We share the name, mobile number, addresses, time, flight number, bag count, and the requests needed for that car or greeting. We ask the provider to use it only for that trip and to keep it confidential.
6.2 LimoAnywhere. LimoAnywhere and its payment processor receive the reservation details and the card so they can take payment, store the card authorization, and send receipts.
6.3 Other vendors. The contact form is delivered by email to info@groundconcierge.com through a form-to-email service. The site host may process technical logs. Those vendors act on our instructions for that work.
6.4 WhatsApp. If you ask to use WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes those messages under its own terms.
6.5 The booker. If someone booked for you, we may share the confirmation and the receipt with that person.
6.6 Law and safety. We may disclose information if we believe the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, to prevent fraud, or to enforce the Terms.
6.7 A sale of the business. If the business is sold, the booking records may transfer to the buyer under a duty to protect them. We will tell you if the law requires it.
6.8 With your direction. We share information with someone else if you ask us to.
7. We do not sell personal information
7.1 We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not sell or share the information of anyone under 16.
7.2 We do not run third-party advertising pixels on the site.
7.3 If a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of any sale or targeted advertising. We do not do those things.
7.4 A mobile number is not sold or shared for someone else's marketing. We do share a passenger's number with the provider for that trip.
8. WhatsApp, text, phone, and email
8.1 We use email and phone for quotes, confirmations, and pickup details. WhatsApp is used only if you ask. Cards go through the LimoAnywhere link, not through chat.
8.2 We use the standard WhatsApp app. We do not operate WhatsApp's encryption, and we do not guarantee it. In a group chat, everyone in the chat can see the messages. Do not send a card number, a password, or a passport image in a chat.
8.3 If you give us a mobile number for a booking, we may text you about that booking. Reply STOP to opt out. Marketing texts are sent only with the consent the law requires. A booker cannot opt a passenger into marketing.
8.4 Calls. We do not record phone calls today. We may record calls later for quality, training, verification, and disputes. Every recorded call will begin with a spoken notice that the call is being recorded. Staying on the line after that notice means you consent. If you do not want to be recorded, hang up and email us. We will not record a call that has no notice. Florida law requires all parties to agree before a call is recorded. Access to a recording is limited to people who need it for the reason it was kept.
8.5 Service email is part of the booking. You can unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in the email.
9. Cookies and analytics
9.1 The site does not load an analytics script today. No advertising cookie is in use. A measurement tool loads only if we later turn one on. If we do, we will update this notice first. For visitors in the EEA or UK, we will not set a non-essential analytics cookie before consent.
9.2 Strictly necessary logs, such as a host security log, can run without a consent banner.
9.3 We honor Global Privacy Control. We do not respond to a generic Do Not Track signal, because there is no common standard for it.
10. International transfers
10.1 We are based in the United States. Booking details are stored in the United States. LimoAnywhere and its processor may also process payment data in the United States.
10.2 A request may be for a city outside the United States. We send the trip details to a provider in that place only if we confirm that trip in writing. A greeting is included only if the confirmation says so.
10.3 If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, a transfer that is necessary to perform the trip you asked for is made for that purpose. You may email info@groundconcierge.com to ask what safeguard applies to a vendor transfer.
11. How long we keep information
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Booking records, receipts, and tax records | 7 years after the tax year of the trip |
| Full card numbers | Not stored by us. LimoAnywhere and its processor keep them under their own rules, and for as long as needed for a refund, a dispute, or a later booking you allowed. |
| Card-authorization record we receive, without the full card number | With the booking record |
| Client preferences | While you are an active client, then deleted or anonymized after 3 years without a trip, unless you ask sooner |
| Passport or identity details, if ever collected | Deleted within 30 days after the trip, unless the law requires longer |
| Access and child-seat details | Kept only as long as needed for that trip, unless you ask us to keep them |
| Email and messages, including WhatsApp | 3 years after the last related booking, unless a dispute is open |
| Call recordings | None today. After recording starts, 90 days, unless needed for a dispute |
| Provider trip notes, including vehicle location sent to us | 2 years after the trip, unless a dispute is open |
| Marketing opt-outs | Kept so we can honor the opt-out |
| Site analytics | None today |
| A dispute or chargeback file | Until the matter is finished and the limitation period has ended |
12. How we protect information
12.1 Access to a booking is limited to the people who need it for that trip. Card numbers are entered in LimoAnywhere and are not stored on our systems. A name can be left off a sign if you ask.
12.2 No method of storage is perfectly secure. Email info@groundconcierge.com if you believe a message to us was compromised.
12.3 If a breach requires notice, we will give the notice the law requires.
13. Your privacy rights
13.1 Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, to object to certain uses, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a regulator.
13.2 Email info@groundconcierge.com. Say what you are asking for.
13.3 We will verify the request before we act. An assistant asking for someone else should send written authority.
13.4 You can opt out of marketing without affecting service messages about a booked trip.
13.5 We will respond within the time the applicable law requires. We do not charge a fee unless the law allows it for a repetitive or excessive request.
13.6 We may keep information the law requires us to keep, including a tax record or a record of a dispute.
13.7 We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.
14. California
This section applies to California residents if the California Consumer Privacy Act applies.
14.1 Categories we collect: identifiers such as name, email, phone, and an IP address in a host log; payment details you enter in LimoAnywhere; commercial information such as the booking; internet activity limited to host logs; addresses you send and vehicle location from the provider; a job title if you send one; sensitive information only if you send a passport, an access need, or a home address tied to a pickup time.
14.2 We do not sell or share those categories. We do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics about you.
14.3 You can request access, correction, or deletion as described in Section 13. We do not offer a financial incentive for personal information.
15. Other U.S. states
Residents of states with a consumer privacy law may have similar access, correction, and deletion rights, to the extent that law applies. We do not sell personal information or run targeted advertising. If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing info@groundconcierge.com with the subject "Privacy Request Appeal."
Nevada residents may use that address to opt out of any future sale. We do not sell covered information.
16. EEA, UK, and Switzerland
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you can object to direct marketing. You can complain to the authority where you live. Contact us first at info@groundconcierge.com if you want us to look at it before you do.
17. Canada
If Canadian privacy law applies, you consent to the collection described here when you, or a booker with authority, send us the information. That includes storage in the United States. You may withdraw consent, which may mean we cannot reserve the trip. Complaints can go to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
18. Australia
If the Australian Privacy Act applies, you may ask for access or correction, or complain, at info@groundconcierge.com. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. You can browse the site without identifying yourself. We cannot reserve a car with no name.
19. Children
The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child under 16. If a child is a passenger, we collect only what a parent, guardian, or booker sends for that trip, such as a first name and the age and weight needed for a seat. Email info@groundconcierge.com if you believe a child sent us information, and we will delete it as the law requires.
20. Information you give us about other people
If you send someone else's details, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that you have told them, or will tell them, about this notice.
21. Third-party links
A link to an airline, an airport, LimoAnywhere, or a messaging service is governed by that service's own policy.
22. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The new version will be posted with a new date. If a change is material, we will tell regular clients by email, or by a notice on the site, and we will get consent if the law requires it.
